wrong recipient paid the money

@capitec bank I am a client that banks with Absa and Capitec bank so I made payment from my Absa account via payshap to Capitec account recipient only to find out that cellphone number is linked not to the person that was intended to get the fund so when I phoned Capitec customer care they refused to help me by saying it can't be possible to trace the funds.
