Wrong Payment Term
Something went wrong with my repayment term. The remaining term was at 75 months in June. It then shot up to 93 months after the loan insurance was hiked. I then got my own insurance. Now my repayment term went down to 85 months?? This is completely wrong. It should around 70 months if you keep the installment the same. Please correct this mistake on your system. Thank you
