Wrong notes on the ATM

I Sent this email to capitec on 30 October 2015 10:58 AM<br> (I was at the atm to withdraw money.I drew R1000 and to my surprise i got R800 and 2 fit notes papers from the machine. i was using my capitec card at an absa atm in Kuyasa khayelitsha. I need my money. R200 is a lot of money people.<br> <br> I have logged a complain with ABSA and below is what their response is like and i need an URGENT Assistance)<br> This was thier response (Dear Molifi Le****e<br> Thank you for your email.<br> Kindly advise the date of the withdrawal). and i responded (Tha date was Monday 26/10/2015)<br> <br> today is Thursday the 05/11/2015 and i have not head from them. is this how they are making money out of people? I want my monye WITH INTEREST AND ALL THE CHARGES I WAS CHARGED ON THE DAY I WITHDRAW.
