Wrong accusations
I am a manager at one of the shops in Boitekong Mall. We had issues with customers sent to our shop by the Capitec Bank staff here in Boitekong mall saying that we are debiting them more than once on the transactions they are doing with us. This has happened several times and requests that capitec employs competent staff who can be able to explain their customer statements and systems. these wrong comments are affects our business negatively.
