We urgently request that you please issue the relevant letter for the indicated account, as your CUSTOMER SERVICES could only provide us with the letter for a CAPITEC ACC NO:*** / *******2339 . None of these account details are for the required account details which we refer to and therefore request for further investigation into the matter in order to assist the client further.
