Wowed Gratitude

So yesterday i visited Capitec bank at Galleria mall (upstairs). I was so frustrated as i had made a payment arrangement and the opposite of what I arranged was done. To cut the story short, i arrived there and was assisted by a lady called Zanele. She received me so well, not only was she professional but she also had so much patience and made sure that by the time i leave the bank my issue was sorted. I needed to access my emails as there was a document that i needed to email her. Embarrassed that i did not have data as i rely on my home wifi for everything lol, she simply got up and went to her superior and asked him to hotspot me via his phone. I too, working at a customer service environment i was indeed taken by the motion of going an extra mile to ensure the best customer service delivery. I know many people could easily take this for granted but I would be inhuman and beyond ungrateful if i did not speak of such an amazing service received. To the Capitec branch at Galleria, you definitely scored yourselves a gem in that young lady and i hope many of your staff in other branches could learn from Zanele.
