Wouldn't recommned capitec for credit facilities

Capitec harasses clients for supposed payment arrears despite your salary coming through them. I am beyond disappointed by the treatment from Capitec Bank as a long standing customer with many years under them. They begin to call and sms you about arrears within the same month that they are expecting payment which is beyond ridiculous. Client services is of no help either giving answers that are niether here nor there.
