WORTST BANK IN SA

If I could give them a zero star review that would still be to high of a rating. They debited more than R26k out of my business account without my knowledge, without any notification, without a otp. When a logged into my banking app I saw the amount missing from my account. After phoning them almost every day now for 5 weeks every time speaking to someone more clueless than the one before him/her they still can't help me. They supply you with reference numbers that the next person can't pickup what they did the day before and the finance department seems to give feedback, but after 5 weeks not one person from finance has given feedback. On top of everything I had to stop my cards twice for UBER **** payments that keep happening on my accounts. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TERRIBLE BANK AND SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!
