Worsts Service of Capitec bank

Okay so my wife has full authority on my account, I have a standing arrangement for international payments into my account as I am working in Saudi Arabia and once again Capitec bank refuse to release my payment and also refused to help my wife even if she has full authority on my account. I will take this to all the news papers in South Africa regarding the pathetic service of Capitec Bank. What is the use of a standing agreement and my wife's full authority on my account and they refuse to assist my wife.
