WORST/ UTTER DISGRACE FROM CAPITEC...*****S

i have had the most HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with CAPITEC BANK and i will make it my next urge to inform people never to consider CAPITEC as a banking option, on the 24 August 2021 while sleeping i see push messages on my phone R5430 gone out of my account, online app transaction. I immediately called the contact center to block my card but it guess it was too late, the following morning i went to the branch and they acted amazed and blocked all my card/transactions/app/notifications. TILL THIS DAY 04 OCTOBER 2021 NO FEEDBACK NOR SENSE OF URGENCY. Its like they don't care or act upon security of our monies. I hate CAPITEC WITH ALL MY LIFE because this can only be done by their workers. i have gone to open police cases and stuff but they in no rush to resolve, they don't realize the emotional and financial strain one goes through and the Trauma of losing money in such bad times
