Worst treatment EVER during my difficult time

<p>Capitec is the most inconsiderate bank ever I notified them 3 months ago as soon as I lost my job so we could make an arrangement for payments of my loan I told them I was not getting paid out it was a contract job and I will be out of money in the coming months I have kids!! Now I am broke and they keep on harrassing me with their rude call centre agents who have no empathy for what I'm going though I am stressed out of my mind already this bank sucks as they promised that there is loan cover in case of retrenchment but I'm still being phoned and harassed to pay do they want me to pay with my own hair cause IV BEEN EXPLAINING FOR MONTHS THAT IM UNEMPLOYED I cannot wait to get a job to close these loans and close my savings account to move to another bank PERIOD</p>
