Worst services from a bank that is supposed to be better than the rest.

I have been struggling for almost three months with Capitec to reload one of my debit orders. Each month I have to make the payment via EFT and then I get charged R11 for the deposit that is not going off. Unacceptable service from a bank that is supposed to be better than the rest.
