Worst service wver

I was at Capitec Bank at Quagga Center beanh 2089 and my ticket number was 139 and their music was very loud to a point where a lady in front of me 127,128 and me 129 didn't hear our numbers being called. Then guy who gave us the tickets came to fetch the numbers and gave us new numbers of wich 2 people came after me and were assisted . I then went to complain to the lady who was assisting customer number 132 and she told me there is nothing she can do,then the manager came and told me the same thing. I was ****ed and left the office without being assisted I mean it was not my problem that their music was loud and their manager can't assist in situations like that. The manager name is Natalie who is not even a branch manager ther and was standing in for Ann whom was in a meeting. In the bad experience that I always encounter at the same branch but today this was the worst and not happy about it at all
