Worst service, Lies after Lies !!!!!!!

Capitec why do you hire people who are not honest, are you sure your business is safe?? I log a query on the 25 April 2025 and i spoke to THANDO ***, after investigation I was told my money will be reversed back into my account up until today nothing, I followed up, spoke to Carlton who didn't know what he was doing, he told me the money is being processed, will receive it in few hour time, up until now, nothing, at this point all I'm thinking is to close my account and go and look for a bank which care more about their customer, truly I'm deafeted, no energy
