Worst service from Roxanne at Capitec Bryanston Shopping Centre

Received terrible service from Capitec Bryanston Shopping centre branch. My number was called to be assisted next but some lady went in my place and I had no one to assist me. I thought the lady was lost and didn’t know that your number has to be called out to be assisted, but to my surprise she was actually a hawker who was selling something to Roxanne(the consultant who was supposed to assist me). Roxanne continued to test the hawkers products while I sat there waiting for someone else to call me. Eventually someone else did (Sabelo) in order to cover up for his shameless colleague. This was the worst service ever, leaving a client in order to buy something from a hawker, whom I assume are not even allowed to during working hours . Wow
