Worst service from one cashier in particular
Good day I had the worst experience at Capitec bank east Rand mall from one of the cashier's I didn't get his name but he has blonde hair. He made me feel like I'm less of a customer and I felt like I was irritating him with my questions. Is there any standard at Capitec for communicating to clients irregardless of their status?
