Worst service from Capitec

I had made debit order arrangements with them to pay my credit card, they have not been debiting my account for the passed 5 months and the account keeps getting interest, so I feel they intentionally don't want me to close my credit card. Additionally I called in and spoke to 4 consultants who couldn't help me and kept transferring me. This is the worst service ever .I will be switching banks after this experience!
