Worst Service from Capitec Bank.

I app**** for a Capitec bank credit card and got approved, but I can’t access the funds, apparently there is a Shamwari status on my name(don’t know what that is) and no one can assist me. Been visiting the branch since May, the consultant did all she could but can’t get assistance from the forensics department, Why approve the card and then block the funds??.
