Worst Service from Capitec Bank

my account has been stopped , went to the branch and they logged a query, responded by saying that there's a transaction that I received, which comes from an account that was once in a suspected *****ulent activity. They said they are resolving the issue and now I'm stuck since last week, how am I supposed to deal with my financial responsibilities, whereas someone who's supposed to be doing their job is not doing anything, how is it possible that such matters are not handled with the highest level of priority.
