Worst service from Capitec
The service I received from Capitec and is absolutely shocking, worst service ever 🚮🚮
I made a cash withdrawal and one of the notes has a stain , I cannot use that money anywhere. I went to Capitec to report this and no one is willing to assist... they're telling me to go the reserve bank of which I did and the reserve bank couldn't help either.
What am I supposed to do with that money ??I need it, I need to use it.
