Worst service ever - no machines working

This morning I went to Capitec Bank's branches in Secunda to deposit money, once again, none of the 3 machines can take deposits this morning. This happens every month end as well as almost every Sunday. This is rather frustrating and dangerous for me to walk around with a lot of money to be deposited. The worst of all is that the staff is standing chatting to one another and let the customers stand in queues for 30 minutes only to discover when you get to the machine, that it is not working at all. They closed the counters inside the bank and no the service is even worse. I am now closing my account with Capitec Bank and moving to another bank where I will receive 24/7 service.
