Worst service ever - don't bank here.

Worst service ever from both the Customer Service call centre and in branch (Herm**** WC Mall). No one calls you back as they promise, every time a different excuse and timeline as to when the issue will be rectified. Either everyone is lying or no-one knows what is going on. Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. Don't offer products when you are unable to deliver the service both from a tech and personnel perspective. Don't bank here.
