Worst service ever at Capitec Bank

Was at Capitec Bank in Three rivers today. It felt like a dog brought me into the bank how I was greated by the bank personnel. I explained to the lady behind desk that I want to open an account for my 14 year old son. She asked me for my ID and my son's birth certificate. I gave it to her and she said she can't except the birth certificate as the parents details are not on the certificate and said I must apply at home affairs for a abridged birth certificate. That will take at least 8 weeks. I want to open a savings account and didn't ask for a loan from capitec bank. Guess what, I went across the street to standardbank and they welcomed me with open arms with the same documents that I produced at Capitec Bank. My son is a proud savings account holder at Standardbank. Thank you Standardbank. Capitec Bank this was by far my worst experience, you won't see me ever again and I will not advice anyone to support Capitec Bank.
