Worst service ever !!!

<p>I recently got a new job and my salary date changed from weekly to monthly . I went to see them before i started with the new job to get the debit order moved just form weekly to once a month . They could not assist me. The debit order obviously bounced due to no money in my account. They were very quick to phone and ask way... I explained to them that i have a new job and will only be able to pay the last day of the month, they could still not assist me. They said i must get a employment letter form the new work place witch i have not yet started at, so i got the lettr from word when i started and went into the bank again just to find out they can still not assist me. They need to see my confidential work contract (Document) . On my way back again , wish me luck</p> <p> Manager : Tumi</p> <p>Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
