Worst service ever!

Capitec is honestly the ****test bank there is!!!!! Your app is faulty and then you take off money x 4 because of your error!! And now tell me you can't refund me what a joke. *****ulent bank! I call I'm and ask to speak to a manager they keep me on hold for 10 minutes just to drop the phone in my ear!!!!! Ridiculous service you should be ashamed!
