Worst Service at Thaba Nchu Capitec

Like I don't understand how an institution as reputable as a bank can just hire *********** staff. I get to the bank branch of Thaba Nchu frustrated because I can't find my bank card. I queued up to the ticket machine to receive an inquiry number, this attendant at the machine asks me to have a seat and that he will bring the ticket number to me. I get a seat and across me sit another gentleman who just got the same memo.

While sitting down, 2 or 3 other individuals enter with tickets in their hands and minutes later get assisted. I went to the manager to ask what is going on. He is probably as clueless as I am and the staff member who initially asked me to sit down is somewhere at the atm and has completely forgotten about me and the other gentleman.

Like what the **** is wrong with this got damn bank with such *********** staff? I've only heard so many negative feedback and even if you give it a chance, they seem to be quite ready to fail clients and they simply know that nothing can be done to them. This is so ****in irritating. Seemingly not only the bank fees are cheap. The service too. I'm so done with this nonsense. How could they be famous for such low and poor service? Nxa
