worst service

Today a Capitec Bank employee Mavuso Othandiwe from your CHRIS HANI BRANCH (VOSLOORUS), VIOLATED MY BEING, I have never been so threatened and violated in my life before,my Bill of RIGHT as contained in the South African Constitution which protects human dignity and more specifically my reputation was EXTREMELY VIOLATED, it felt like the APARTHEID ERA ,when you violate me this way. I will be taking my account away from this BANK as of today.

I went to the bank to deposit money at around 10h00 a.m this morning through your ATM, AS USUAL, your ATM was not working as always because the service is bad at the township, i decided to deposit the money inside the BANK, see my transaction history it will confirm, after getting my deposit ticket and while awaiting to be served, your employee Mavuso Othandiwe , who has a bad attitude towards his work and Employers, i hope your cameras are working at that branch to confirm my story, he was holding R 10 000 cash deposit in his hand which i presumed it was a deposit before i came in and he was loud mentioning that ALL OF CAPITEC STAFF are paid little because of the side of R100 NOTED which he had in his hand,meaning he does not respect his work, his colleague, the lady next to him (another teller) i think her name is Thembi IF IM NOT MISTAKEN, said to him, if that R10 000 of R100 notes came in R10 rand notes, maybe he would appreciate his job and salary, and he just said he gets paid little,he was so loud that the whole banking hall could hear him that CAPITEC EMPLOYEES get paid stipend of R10 000, I DID not know the salary of your staff until today.

HE called my ticket no which was number 0049 if im not mistaken, when i got there , i give him my account and the time was around 10H15, load shedding kicks in & he advises me to wait while they connect the generator, so that they could finalize my deposit.

And at that time when the lights go off, he celebrates,like thank you load shedding because he does not want to work for little money , i hope the footage for this time frame is available.

How do you celebrate load shedding while at work, his mind is not there because, he just confirmed that 10K , which is his salary is little.

Generator kicks in and when i go there, he confirms an amount of R 2250 which im depositing,and at that time , im there to deposit R2500,see my history i always deposit such amount from time to time , after that he advice's me that , the amount IS SHORT OF R250, and i give him the difference as i has a lot of cash in my pockets.

He finishes & i sign the deposit slip & leave.Am late for my next appointment in Bedfordview. At around 10H41,i receive a call from an unknown number *** & its someone from CAPITEC ,not sure if hername is THEMBI, I conclude its the other teller next to the arrogant,who celebrates when load shedding kicks in& think 10k is peanuts salary ,she confirms my name ,surname, advises that she's calling from CAPITEC & she thinks that they made a mistake & paid R2250 erroneously, i was driving at the time & when i check my pockets, i find the R2500 i had initially went to deposit, & i agree with her , that when im done , i will come back,to the bank & give them their money which they erroneously paid in .

after half an hour , i got 22 missed calls from different numbers & am thinking it was staff at CAPITEC, as i was in a meeting & not allowed to take calls, i gave my phone to my colleague, it was around 12h30, i have all the numbers that called my line , the numbers are ***,***,*** & ***, my colleague told them im busy & if i finish on time ,i will go to CAPITEC & give them their wrong deposit as i acknowledge the 1st time, they kept on harassing her on the phone , from there , it gets worse.

At around 13h00, this guy goes to my address where he threaten people that i stole money from CAPITEC & MORE OVER, HE DRIVES AROUND IN MY NEIBOUHOOD TELLING PEOPLE I STOLE FROM THE BANK , IT GETS WORSE, HE GOES ON FACEBOOK, WITH MY NAME ,SURNAME & PHYSICAL ADDRESS ACCUSING ME OF *****ING R2000, FROM HIM. worse, HE SENDS ME VOICE NOTES ONWHATS UP THREATENING MY LIFE,I HAVE TH COMMUNICATION, & EVEN AT THAT TIME, I POLITELY ADVICE , THAT IM WORKING & WILL COME IN THE MORNING.

He shared my name on FACEBOOK,My address accusing of *****ing, he also threatened my sister that i stole from him. mY REPUTATION IS DAMAGED AS PEOPLE THINK I *****,HE CONTINUED WITH THREATENING ME , I HAVE VOICE NOTES,I LEFT MY MEETINGS & ASKED FOR HIS BANK DETAILS TO REVERT HIS ERRORS,AT TIME TIME, MY BUSINESS ASSOCIATES,MY FAMILY, MY DAUGHTERS, ARE ON FACEBOOK & I HAD TO EXPLAIN NONSENSE. MY LIFE IS AT RISK NOT AS IM GOING TO BE VIEW AS A ******** BECUASE THESE FALSE ACCUSATION, WERE DONE BY CAPITEC & THEIR STAFF, HE THREATENED MY LIFE , I HAVE NOTES & MY EVIDENCE.

MY NAME & REPUTATION IS ALL I HAVE & YOU CANNOT TARNISH IT,LIKE THAT , AM CONSULTING MY ATTORNEY FOR LEGAL ADVISE, YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM THEM.
