Worst service

<p>We went into the bank as I got a call from capitec that I can apply for a loan I ave to go in with documents. I went into the bank at key west shopping centre aroung the 22nd of April 2017. The lady who helped us said she will confirm employment on Monday 24 of april and give us a call back to come in and finilize the application. She will hand everything over to somebody else, beacuse she is moving to Randfontein Mall that Tuesday We still not got a call on 05.05.2017 and went back on 06.05.2017 in randfontein as that is where she is. she advised us that she did give it over and she will confirm with they lady and they will call me. The next day we still did not receive a call and we went to the Key west branch. The lady advised us that she will find out and let us know as they lady who took over the sdtuff (samantha or something) is on leave but will return that week. She will personally call us back, we requested to speak to the manger as the manager left already, So till TODAY 18.05.2017m we still waiting for somebody else to call!! My personal document is lying somewhere fpr everybody to see. (PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THAT IS THE ORIGINAL AND NOT COPY'S) We cannopt go to Key west week after week as we live in randfontein and still not getting answers from anybody! WORT SERVICE EVER AS WE BANK WITH CAPITEC AND HAD NOT BAd SERVICE FROM BEGGING... THIS MAKES THE COMPNAY BAD!!!!!!</p>
