Worst service

Made an arrangement to pay R3000 on my loan till October. They said I must call month to month which I did . Now I woke up to debit order equating to R16 000 on top of the 3000 I paid . Branch couldn’t help me . Spoke to someone by the name of Boitumelo Ndlovu on the phone , he said they won’t refund cos the money is not my salary . Never have I been so defeated.
