Worst security

On the 25th of June a debit order of R599. 50 went off from a capitec account number. I reversed it as the debit order is unknown to me however the money did not return to my account. I phoned capitec but the agents helping said they could not see the debit order nor the money I was referring to. I explained that my loan installment was more then double the amount debited so it didn't make sense I could not receive any answers.
