Worst possible bank

Capitec bank is by far the worst bank in South Africa and the statistics show that,i had to get a double payment reversed,i have proof of the payment going through and showing declined but they still refuse to help me reverse it,if i didn't have a credit card with these *****s i would be loooong gone,for anyone looking to open a bank account,do not do it with Capitec!
