Worst people to loan with
I had a loan for the second time with this bank and somehow for both loans 'forget' to deduct R0.01 from the last installment forcing me to visit a branch just to settle that amount so that my credit record is not *****ed. I believe it's a ploy to force us into a branch so they can sell us more of their offers.
