WORST OF THE WORST

I am going to open a docket at my local police station against Capitec Vredendal for theft. I went to deposit cash at the Capitec Vredendal ATM in Voortrekker Road on Tuesday evening at 7pm. While i was depositing my cash the ATM shutters started closing IN THE MIDDLE OF MY TRANSACTION with my bank card still in the machine. The cash i was depositing was not even at that point 'swallowed' by the actual ATM's machine. I was so disoriented by the loud noise of the shutters and the shutters closing that i ran out of the seperate area where the ATMS are,scared that that main shutter door will also close and leave me locked on the inside (with my two toddlers outside alone in my vehicle infront of the bank. Within minutes the shutter to my ATM had closed WITH NO PRIOR WARNING with my cash still in the machine and my card....i went in the next day to ask for my cash and card....they simply said they will investigate the matter and my money will be deposited by yesterday 3pm...which it never was. This morning i recevied a txt message stating that NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED TO ME due to the fact that the cash was not RECEIVED by the ATM.....i am enraged....and going to open a case of theft.WORST SERVICE EVER..side note i told the bank inside that they must check their cameras outside and will then SEE ME trying to make the deposit and what happened..they told me THEY DONT HAVE CAMERAS AT THE ATMS...now its my problem????
