Worst loan company

Please make this make sense,so i have a loan with u guys and now i want to settle it early,my balance on my app is X amount,ok cool i dont mind paying that But when i request a settlement letter thinking that Ok if u settle early u get a discount because that is what was explained to me when i took the loan,anyway so i receive my settlement letter and Bang the settlement amount is More than the balance,now i worked at a loans company and not these sassa loan places a company that is registered with the NCR,and when our clients requested settlement letters their settlement amounts was less than the balance on the system,because they get discount as the interest falls away of the month that still has to come,u guys are robbing people Heavy i regret taking a loan with you and i wont recommend anyone to go for a loan by u guys u's are disgusting robbing people like this.
