Overall banking is fine however - if you are looking for seamless internet or app based banking. Simple loading and paying of beneficiaries then maybe Capitec is not for you. They authenticate you via "taking a selfie" procedure. This simply doesn't work. The selfie never recognised by the system - the result is, I have to go to the branch in order to pay newly loaded beneficiaries. (EVERY SINGLE TIME). I'm with FNB and STANDARD BANK and never have I struggled so much with there internet banking channels.

When going to the branch they simply say the'll escalate the issue. PLS SAVE ME!!!
