Worst forensic team, this one needs to be changed.

So capitec will keep on blocking my accounts and when i visits the branch the best answer I will get is that "the forensics team will call you in a day or two" how long is a day or two, Maybe I'm the one who's confused. I need my account function again I can't provide everything they need only for them not to get back to me. Fix up your service some of your employees need to know they are at work!!!
