Worst experience ever with Capitec

***** money was **********ly transfered from my accounts and my cell phone number was compromised and the bank could not safeguard my money, so does that mean should one loose their cellphone number they should expect the worst. And also how did they get my pin as to transact you need a pin, Capitec has a real security issue, I opened a case at the police station, only to be told by capitec that they won't refund me I have to rely on the police to catch the **********, while my money was ****** while in their custody. So what's the use of putting money in their bank of they can't safeguard it.
