Worst experience ever, capitec is dragging me onto debt, you guys are signing me up for failer.

Hi have a loan with capitec that I am suppose to finish paying on October 31, from the month of June capitec failed to deduct my payments, but I made sure I paid everymonth, i transfered funds to my loan everymonth, so now I get a message saying owe capitec. I went to the branch. Then boom. I was told that capitec decided to reverse my payment without consulting me or asking me anything, I didn't authorize the reversal. And guess what I have accumulated late fees. But I paid on time, I asked them what do we now I never requested a reversal they decided to reverse the fund without any explanation. So now I must pay for something made sure I paid on time.were talking about money, you guys are dragging me into debts. I paid my loan in 6 months as per agreement.
