Worst experience

<p>I've been banking here for years. But after today i won't be making use of capitec bank again. They phoned me about 2 weeks ago to thank me for all my on time repayments, and that i have no outstanding debt. But this morning i woke up to an sms saying that they took money for a credit repayment. After going into one of their branches they told me that i still owed them that money. I'm outraged.. I'll be moving my salary to a different bank and won't recommended this bank to anyone! </p>
