Worst customer service on earth

This is my second post complaining about the same thing. I have never been exposed to such second-hand service, On the 10th of February I made an immediate payment and to this day the payment is still missing and I am not receiving any feedback from Capitec. How long does it take to recover R1000.00? Worse why are you unable to provide feedback on where my money went? I trusted the bank to send money, but I am dealing with ******* and customer service consultants. Bring back my money
