Worst customer service I’ve experienced

I don’t know what **** you are running with your insurance company but it will end with me , your poor customer service that I’ve emailed million times and no response, am going through retrenchment and worst yo want to do is add on my anxieties, by bombarding me with your rude collection agents that don’t know their work , I’d speak to someone one WhatsApp nothing gets ever escalated!! Instead u mess up my credit score one Month insurance pay the next it doesn’t, how?
