Worst customer service in the world

Their customer service is an utter disgrace. They don't assist you over the phone, one should send a secure message. Apparently they have a turnaround time of 8 working hours on their secure message line, but days go by with no feedback or assistance. When you call to follow up, they tell you to send another secure message as they cannot assist over the phone.
