Worst customer service ever

I recently bought a speedpoint at their branch

Apparently it has alot of time to use the speedpoint that you bought with your money. If you perfom a transaction in the ams

They hold your funds, and ask you alot ot questions why you transacted late,and if you were offering cash back, they ask stupid questions where did you get the cash you swipped for a client like what on earth have you seen that, their ***** department is useless, you won't have privacy using this bank
