Worst Customer Service

With Capitec's apps crashing the whole time. My partner is in another country and he cannot access his app in order to manage his accounts. The call centre always says "ill get back to you and never does". Facebook help keep sending the same tips which never work. I asked is there a way to close the account so we can move to another bank which has support. The response was, you must come in to do so. Well guess you missed the part where I said he is in another country and cannot access his account in order to make payments. Terrible services and still no one can assist
