Worst credit rating ever

I have been trying my level best to pay off my debts and my credit rating and score keeps changing on compuscan but Capitec credit rating does not change at all regardless of that it still says my credit rating is week. It doesn't make sense because it says the rating is according to the compuscan rating while compuscan shows otherwise. Capitec credit rating keeps on disappointing me. It fine if I am not yet trusted with a loan but can my credit rating be updated please. The app doesn't even show anything on why the credit rating is weak because at least that is the least they can do.
