Worst complaints department ever, just pray you never have problems

Worst complaints department of any bank. I recently had a complaint with Capitec and received the worst service by any bank. When I emailed their service and complaints department again they didn't even bother acknowledging my email. And now my primary account on the app is disabled and I can't access it. 😡😡😡
