Worst case ever

Im so disappointed i mean its December, my salary came in. Soon after than my bank account was cleared someone somehow got into my bank account. I reported it and send through what was needed. Today I asked for feedback im being told of 21 days like so long just to investigate what has happened and still being told I might never see that money again.... This is just too much honestly. Capitec is ****ming many of us big time
