Worst Capitec ATM'S EVER!!!!!

Worst Capitec ATM's ever!!!!! Today I tried to deposit an amount of 4.9k into my Capitec bank account using a Capitec ATM in Sophiatown while inserting the money the depository closed and the money never got deposited, the ATM just stopped working the depository never opened, the money never came out or got deposited into my account never received a receipt and all of a sudden the "deposit money" option was unavailable so who in the hell is supposed to give me my money back what must happen now????

Capitec you guy's are really the worst your service and ATM's are appalling so why not just leave to be in the Banking industry if this is the kind of service you are providing.
