Worst Business Bank in the Country!!!

Capitec Business is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I used to be a Mercantile Entrepreneur account holder and since you have taken over, I have had issue after issue after issue. The latest one is the recurring payments either do not go through at all, or they will go through and I will get a proof of payment, only to realize that the payment actually did not go off my account (even though I have a proof of payment. So I am sending the proof of payment to my beneficiary and they are saying the money is not reflecting. Just useless. If it wasn't that I had so many debit orders for various services I use for my business I would cancel my accounts with Capitec and never looks back. This is just one of my daily issues with Capitec Business
