WORST BUSINESS BANK ANYWHERE

Worst Banking experience with ANY bank ever. FOR A BUSINESS ACCOUNT. After 1 week we still have 0 ACCESS. They have no clue what goes on in their technical departments, keep escalating and still 0 access to our OWN business account. We are unable to order stock or pay our staff due to Capitec's incompetence and they are costing as a fortune and our reputation with staff and suppliers. AVOID CAPITEC BUSINESS BANKING AT ALL COST, THE CONSULTANTS HAVE NO ACCESS TO FIX ANY ISSUES OR HELP YOU REGAIN ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT. UNPROFESSIONAL WITH NO REGARDS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS BUSINESS NEEDS.
